            The Gulf Supermarket in Dammam is owned 100 % by Saudis . It has an area of 1,400 square metres and parking space for 250  cars . There are approximately 5,000 different items from 15 countries, including the Philippines and Thailand, on its shelves . It is open from 8:30 a.m . to 10 p.m . and it has a huge greengrocer’s department .
